Australian citizens and permanent residents of Australia who have resided in Canberra for a minimum of four years and who are aged between 18 and 25 years; for study, research, fieldwork, etc. How Much: A$5,000 and a Qantas return economy airfare to the west coast of the United States. Deadline: October or November of each year.
