The appointment will be on UCL Grade 7. The salary range will be £31,778 - £38,441 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for a full-time Communications Administrator to work at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. The School, part of the Faculty of the Built Environment, is one of the UK's premier schools of attracting highly motivated and intelligent applicants from home and abroad to study on our undergraduate to PhD level courses. It has a large network of external contacts and a wide range of external events.
The Communications Administrator will run the Bartlett School of Architecture's communications, responsible for alumni, curating the Gallery and organising public lectures, exhibitions, publications, conferences, sponsorship and fundraising, while also managing the Bartlett website.
The post is covering maternity leave and is funded from 19 July 2010 to 18 July 2011.
Key Requirements
The successful applicant should have an undergraduate degree in a design/arts based subject and good level of design experience, as well as having excellent communication and organisational skills.
