Applications are invited for the post of Curriculum/Timetabling Coordinator within the Dental Student Support Office at the Institute of Dentistry. The post will contribute to the provision of effective administrative support for areas such as curriculum coordination, timetabling, student resources, student support, monitoring & feedback, and supporting the Institute's Dental Outreach training initiatives.   

Candidates will be required to have experience of providing administrative support, preferably in a Higher Education environment. Excellent IT skills are essential, along with the ability to work methodically with accuracy and attention to detail. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people.

The post is mainly based on the College's Whitechapel Campus, but will involve the need to visit/work on other Colleges campuses and facilities as required.

This is a full-time, indefinite post with a salary in the range of £24,478 - £30,229 per annum. Benefits include 30 days annual leave plus 4 College closure days; a final salary pension scheme and an interest free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
