Starting Salary: Grade 7: £30,122

Reporting to the University Librarian, you will take responsibility for the delivery of high quality public services at the Campus Library, including the management of 24/7 opening throughout semester from September 2012.

Educated to degree level or with an equivalent qualification, you will have successfully managed large groups of staff in a customer services environment. You must be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving service quality and will possess excellent communication skills in order to be able to lead and motivate staff. Experience of managing in a Library context is desirable as is an understanding of the higher education environment.
