Are you motivated to provide excellent service and support to the students of Kingston University?

If so the Disability & Dyslexia Support Service is seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to support this important front-line service, which offers advice and information to applicants and students with disabilities and dyslexia, and co-ordinates services across the University.  

The Disability & Dyslexia Administration Co-ordinator is key to the success of the service, and you will have an excellent track record in delivering high levels of customer service in an administrative and customer care environment. You will be responsible for the smooth running of operational admin and finance processes, including invoicing and staff claims.

In addition your excellent communication and IT skills, will enable you meet challenging deadlines whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail, and ideally you will have previous supervisory experience. Experience of HE and disability issues would also be an advantage.
