Based primarily at the University of Lincoln's Holbeach campus which has a national reputation for excellence in food sciences, outstanding facilities and a purpose-built training factory equipped with state-of-the art, employer-sponsored technology. This is an exceptional opportunity to build further links with employer organisations and to enhance the prospects of students.
Reporting to the Dean of Faculty and working closely with the Head of Department of Food Manufacturing, you will lead on all employer engagement activity. This will see you developing services and courses to meet the needs of employers while building new business opportunities and securing external income.
To tackle this challenge head on, you will need similar experience in an employer engagement environment, preferably within the food industry Persuasive, credible and with excellent networking skills; you will help to strengthen the university's reputation as a leading provider of food sciences to the food industry.
