Salary range: £24,273 - £25,751

As the Faculty Secretary in the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences you will be responsible for providing efficient secretarial and PA support to the Associate Deans and the Faculty Manager.  Working with the Dean's Executive Assistant, and deputising for this post when necessary, you will service top-level Faculty committees and provide administrative support at Faculty level.  You will have contact with a wide variety of Faculty staff and with key personalities across the University.

You will be a confident, self-starter who is comfortable identifying and addressing problems with minimal supervision.  You must have the ability to prioritise your own workload, adjust to meet deadlines, respond to changing circumstances and manage conflicting demands.
