Metanoia Institute is seeking to appoint a Head of Department with vision and leadership for the development of academic programmes and the professional and administrative management of the team.  S/he will also play an integral part in the management of Metanoia Institute.

The Gestalt department delivers a range of successful courses from Certificate through to Masters level leading to professional registration and a number of allied workshops. The successful applicant will be research active with substantial experience of teaching and supervising in Gestalt Psychotherapy.  UKCP Registered, the applicant will have a commitment to excellence in practitioner training.  The post will require a track record in managing a high achieving team of staff and students in similar contexts including the interface between academic, professional and research.

This post will suit an individual who wants to join a highly successful training organisation and who can influence the wider community through taking a leadership role in professional training.
