£16,226 to £19,261 per annum, depending on skills & experience. Salary progression beyond this range is subject to performance
The Estates Office help desk provides the first point of contact for University works requests and general enquiries. Main duties will include answering telephone and e-mail enquiries, processing information using the department's facilities management system, maintaining and updating databases and liaising with internal departments.
We are looking for a customer focused individual who has experience of working in a customer service or administration environment. You will require excellent communication, organisation and planning skills and have the ability to work under pressure. Experience of working on a helpdesk or in a maintenance related environment is desirable.
This post is full time (36.25 hours per week) and will be offered on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave until 13 September 2012.
