You will be responsible for the management and leadership of the HR Service Centre team to ensure operational activity is prioritised and co-ordinated effectively according to available resources. 

Working to help drive forward continuous improvement activities, you will Manage and lead the HR Service Centre team, including co-ordination of HR Adviser support to HR Partners, to ensure effective HR transactional delivery; to lead  and/or facilitate continuous improvement work in HR & OD and contribute to continuous improvement work in Schools and Service Departments as required.

With a commitment to customer service, you will develop good working relationships with departmental contacts.

You will need to have a good understanding of employment law, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service. The ability to handle information confidentially, and to deal with issues with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy, is essential.
