The Place2Be, a 2011 Charity Awards Winner, provides an in-school counselling service to improve the confidence and wellbeing of children, their families and the whole school community. This is a rare opportunity to make a difference to the children and families it serves and to the charity itself. We currently have a unique opportunity to work in our Research and Evaluation Department, the aim of which is to demonstrate the effectiveness of The Place2Be's valued services.

In this interesting and varied role, you will be responsible for informing our practice through regular reports on The Place2Be's activities in schools - analysing, interpreting and presenting data to a variety of audiences using a range of evaluation tools. You will be working as part of the team and carrying out new evaluation methodologies as well as overseeing the data monitoring processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and independent researcher with project management skills, knowledge of research and statistical techniques and excellent reporting skills. You will also be an effective communicator and a flexible team player. You will ideally have a post-graduate qualification in a social science discipline and have a very good knowledge of MS Excel and Access applications.
