You will be working with a dedicated team within YSJ International who are responsible for international recruitment and admissions, welfare of international students on full-time programmes, study abroad and exchange programmes and the provision of English Language courses.

You will support the Director of YSJ International in international recruitment and partnership development.  Significant international travel is an essential aspect of the post.  You will have a strong track-record in recruiting international students (undergraduate, postgraduate and EFL); meeting ambitious recruitment targets; and developing international networks. 

You will have excellent communication skills, combined with cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with agents and partners overseas.   You will have the ability to identify and develop opportunities, produce persuasive reports, proposals and bids for funding, and to deliver quality presentations.  You will be highly organised with the ability to work independently overseas and represent the University in a professional manner.
