You will work as a member of a small team providing a clean and safe facility for our users. Primary duties will include cleaning, sports equipment movement and set up, and customer care. There will also be a requirement to cover Reception duties, which includes the taking of bookings, associated cash handling, monitoring of use, using the Leisure Management System and providing information to users as required. With experience of working in a customer facing environment and an enthusiastic commitment to high standards of customer service, you will be an effective team worker with excellent people skills.
Computer literate with an aptitude for identifying detail, you will be able to maintain standards whilst working under pressure. Previous experience of similar work would be an advantage.
