PhD Studentship Chemical Engineering

Applications are sought for a PhD CASE studentship funded by the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) for 3 years starting in October 2010, and sponsored by Nestlé. The project seeks to find a more fundamental understanding of the factors which govern the compatibility and crystallisation of fats and oils, which hitherto have been investigated on a case-by-case basis
