The OU Business School is looking for an experienced Strategy academic with well developed research interests to contribute to our strategy teaching and advance our research effort. You will be working with teams responsible for the production, presentation and quality assurance of our undergraduate and postgraduate modules and a group of highly capable strategy researchers.

You will have excellent academic qualifications, a substantial and developing publication record, experience of supervision of post graduate research students and success in obtaining external research funding. You will have a strong profile in teaching, particularly at postgraduate level and have an understanding of current developments in management education. You will be expected to make a contribution to the forthcoming Research Excellence Framework. As such the post will be supported by a two year Research Associate or three year studentship (or exceptionally both).
