We are offering a one year Research Support post to generate targeted mutations of the mouse genome. The project aims to generate knock-in mutations in mouse embryonic stem cells of two genes involved in transcription and transcriptional regulation.

Prospective candidates should have at least three years relevant research experience and should preferably hold a PhD in a relevant science subject. Prospective candidates must have proven extensive experience of manipulating large and complex DNA constructs.

The appointment will be to a Band 4 starting salary from £26,022 per annum. The post would be suitable for someone seeking part-time and/or flexible working arrangements.
