Leadership and management are essential areas of knowledge in modern health and social care. The School of Health and Social Care provides relevant course for undergraduate and postgraduate students, including those undertaking Continuing Professional Development.
This post offers an exciting g opportunity to engage in teaching, research and consultancy related to the organisation and management transformation that is occurring in health and social care organisations.
The post is based in a multi-disciplinary department whose scope of work includes public health, health and well being, social enterprise, social care and social work. The department has strong links with a range of statutory and non-statutory organisations in London, Kent and Medway, which offers the scope for research and enterprise activities.
The post is based at Avery Hill campus in South east London, with some occasional duties at our Medway campus in Chatham. You should ideally have contemporary management experience in the health or social care sector, a first degree, a relevant masters or professional qualification is highly desirable, as well as teaching experience.
Salary scale: £38921 - £47115 per annum inclusive
