Applications are particularly encouraged from those with a strong background and interest in representation theory, particularly the representation theory of symmetric groups, Hecke algebras of type A, cyclotomic Hecke algebras and other related algebras. Candidates should possess, or shortly expect to attain, a PhD in Pure Mathematics.
Closing date: 12 noon on Tuesday 27 July 2010.
