This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to staff development strategy, policy and practice to support staff across the university to learn and develop in their roles. Working as part of a small team, you will conduct needs analyses and design and deliver development activities, including staff development review scheme workshops and the annual staff conference. Working collaboratively as part of a university-wide group of staff development providers, you will co-ordinate and deliver high quality, relevant development programmes for staff. You will also be engaged in project work, including enhancing induction practices across the university.

You will need several years' experience in providing learning and development guidance to managers, delivering generic skills training and presentations to a wide range of staff groups and, ideally, group facilitation.
