£28,059 pa, (inc London weighting) pro rata

Fixed term (six month contract), part-time, 21 hours per week, preferably Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) is the professional, educational and trade union body for the UK's 50,000 chartered physiotherapists, physiotherapy students and support workers.

We have a vacancy for a temporary Administrator to provide support to the Practice Unit within the Society's Practice and Development Function. The Unit's work streams include all aspects of physiotherapy practice, professional advice, public health, professional networks, a range of activities to support members in their workplaces.

As a member of the Business Services Team reporting to the Professional Advisor, (NHS cuts lead), you will have responsibility for supporting specific cross-organisational groups and projects related to the NHS cuts work and linked work streams but will also assist in supporting other work streams across the function or society as required.

You will have proven experience of providing support to complex areas of work including projects, data management and minuting. You will be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to prioritise effectively and deliver tasks to a high standard. You will also have well developed IT skills using a range of tools within Microsoft Office and be able to demonstrate proficiency in inputting and manipulating data and producing reports from a database.
