Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Tissue engineering with organ specific stem cells (Intestine)

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position working on an established regenerative medicine model of organ-specific stem cells to treat pediatric intestinal disease. Modern core services and facilities as well as many educational opportunities and an open floor plan encouraging scientific interactions with parallel laboratories are provided. The successful candidate will have a recent Ph.D., MD or MD/Ph.D degree with a background in cell biology, developmental biology, stem cell biology, or signaling. Previous experience with PCR, animal work, flow cytometry, confocal microscopy, transgenic mouse models, and mammalian cell culture are desirable. Good communication skills, motivation, creativity and a previous record of scientific achievements are prerequisites.
