The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to lead the User Services section within the Bibliographic & User Services team. You will be responsible for the delivery of quality customer focussed services within a busy academic library.
Requirements
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent with a professional library or information qualification and possess experience of delivering customer services and management of staff. You will have experience of working within a team and of motivating staff. It is essential that you are able to prioritise and manage your own workload and have the flexibility to adapt to change as library priorities and service needs evolve. Experience of Library Management Systems is essential.
